Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and order support. This position is responsible for processing orders, handling warranty inquiries, and assisting sales representatives to ensure seamless operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, provide accurate product and pricing information, and maintain a helpful, professional attitude.

Order Processing

  • Enter and verify customer orders accurately, ensure timely processing and communication of order status, and coordinate with production and shipping for on-time delivery.

Warranty Processing

  • Handle warranty claims efficiently, coordinate replacements or repairs, and maintain detailed documentation of all cases.

Sales & Operations Support

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to provide samples, price updates, and customer feedback, while assisting with order tracking and returns.

Office & Administrative Duties

  • Maintain adequate office supplies and support daily office operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site position in Bartow, FL.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required.
