Summary Customer Service for all external and internal customers Essential Duties and Responsibilities New accounts Maintain data integrity in Kerusso ERP and CRM systems Assist marketing and sales teams with data projects as assigned Reception team, answer & route incoming phone calls Sort & distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail as needed Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager(s). Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.
