Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Receives and coordinates customer requests for laboratory testing services.
· Engages with customers to review available testing solutions and service options.
· Ability to interpret technical writing and requirements and communicate them internally and externally.
· Advises customers on appropriate testing requirements based on specific industries, standards, or application needs.
· Supports customers in selecting the most suitable testing programs to meet regulatory, quality, and performance objectives.
· Manages and maintains an active pipeline of open quotations and customer opportunities.
· Conducts follow-up communications with customers via phone and email to advance opportunities and provide ongoing support.
· Coordinates internal kickoff activities for laboratory projects upon award of work.
· Effectively manages multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and administrative activities accurately.
· Maintains professional and cooperative communication with customers and internal staff.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
· Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to work independently and remain self-disciplined in managing workload and priorities.
· Associates degree preferred
