Position details:
- Fully onsite - Knoxville TN 37923
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p - Overtime will be offered when case load is high
- $17/hr
- Temp w/ no end date
- Start date 5/28
Must haves:
- Bubbly, friendly, can-do attitude
- Customer service experience (does not have to be call center experience)
- Reliable transportation
About the company:
This company offers a single platform to process digital payments for premiums and claims. Designed to integrate with an insurers core system, including cloud-based solutions, the Digital Payments Platform engages policyholders through the channels they use most, while securely processing payments through those same channels.
salary: $16.99 - $17 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Enter mortgage payments
- Make outbound calls to mortgage companies and agents
- First 30 days enter no less than 50 payments per day
