Customer Service And Sales SupportResponsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.-Create new orders in internal systems as required.-Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers and invoice requests according to priority.-Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.-Interface with Operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.-Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.-Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)-Ability to multitask-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
