We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by addressing customer inquiries and facilitating service-related tasks. The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to adapt to evolving processes.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Dispatch service technicians to customer locations as needed, ensuring timely responses.
• Create and manage service tickets to track customer requests and technician assignments.
• Prepare and issue invoices with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Oversee inventory of equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns and improve service processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper handling within the system.
• Respond to email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner.• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Proficiency in data entry tasks and familiarity with 10-key skills.
• Strong communication skills for handling customer calls and email correspondence.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word effectively.
• Experience with service desk ticket systems is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to embrace new processes.
• Capability to work occasional Saturdays as required.
