Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.

  • Document each customer interaction accurately in our database system.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, service updates, and other relevant information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
