Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Sales Associate opportunities are available. We are looking for motivated individuals who are team orientated and have the ability to grow with our store. This role is well-suited for students and part-time employees who have evening and weekend availability as well as parents looking for flexible work arrangements around their kids' schedule.

This position will help promote all aspects of the business including but not limited to buying, selling, pricing, marketing and merchandising. Provides a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling
• Proficient in basic math and retail math
• Familiarity with stocking and merchandising practices
• Experience with POS systems and cash registers
