Customer Service Representative Industrial Products Apply
A leading industrial product supplier is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Carrolton, GA. The right candidate will be a dedicated professional who thrives fast-paced environment and can deliver world-class customer experience to our clients.
What you'll be doing (including but not limited to):
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, live chat and email within a timely manner
- Perform daily tasks including order entry, shipment tracking, returns processing, and account updates in accordance with company policy
- Support order fulfillment, product support, and technical troubleshooting by identifying service priorities and appropriately routes inquiries to relevant departments
- Input appropriate documentation to maintain accurate account and transaction records in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate product shipments, resolve delays, and support on-time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle sensitive account information appropriately while adhering to privacy standards and internal controls
- Perform other duties as determined by management
Requirements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 2+ years of customer service experience with an industrial product distributor, or related field
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to resolve issues and satisfy customer needs
- Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word)
- Experience using SAP or related ERP system highly preferred
