Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell. Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders. Working with Outside Sales Representatives. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications. Knowing competitor products. Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries. Completing daily paperwork. About You A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Good organizational and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
