• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document and organize customer data.
• Assist clients with life insurance-related inquiries, including term life insurance policies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information.• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, including term life insurance, is preferred.
