This is a customer-facing sales role focused on educating homeowners, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and urgency. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities Conduct in‑home or virtual consultations with pre‑qualified homeowners Analyze utility bills, home energy usage, and roof layouts Present customized solar and battery solutions clearly and confidently Explain financing options and long‑term savings Handle objections and close contracts Accurately document customer information and agreements Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff post‑sale Requirements Strong communication skills and confidence on camera and in person Experience in sales, consulting, or customer‑facing roles Ability to handle objections without getting defensive High self‑accountability and strong follow‑through Comfort working in a performance‑driven environment Ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply Solar experience is a plus, but not required.
