About The Role

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) at OverNite Software, Inc. is the leading voice of our company, interacting with our clients to address questions and resolve problems, all the while delivering a “customer first” experience in a positive manner. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and values individual contributions.

This role directly supports the implementation and use of our Learning Management System (LMS).
 
Responsibilities

·         Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat

·         Provide professional and courteous customer support using active listening skills

·         Resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution

·         Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate departments

·         Document all customer interaction related information in applicable systems

·         Offer product/services suggestions when applicable

·         Provide regular feedback to management to improve customer service quality

·         Other tasks and duties as requested by management

Qualifications

·         Must be at least 18 years of age

·         High School Diploma or GED required

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Logical thinking and effective problem-solving skills

·         Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage deadlines

·         Comfortable navigating Windows operating system and MS Office

·         Able to travel, as needed by company
