Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative & Outbound Collector Location: Ankeny IA 50021 Duration: 3 months Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

This is a blended role (Inbound Customer Service + Outbound Collections) focused on:

• Handling delinquent accounts
• Negotiating payments
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Supporting inbound service levels

👉 Success in this role = strong communication + collections mindset + basic technical skills (Excel + typing)

🎯 Must-Have vs Nice-to-Have

✅ Must-Have

• Customer Service experience (call handling – inbound/outbound)
• Collections experience (payment follow-ups, negotiations)
• Typing speed: 40 WPM minimum
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, filtering)
• Strong communication & conflict resolution

⭐ Nice-to-Have

• SAP (billing / AR / collections modules)
• Experience with DSO / past due metrics
