We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description:

• Should be bilingual.
• Assist with answering busy phone lines daily
• Return calls daily to clients
• Assist with background checks
• Look and Enter information into various databases
• Look up and correct information in the HAPPY database
• Assist with processing Housing Assistance Applications when necessary
• Respond to inquiries from Landlords, Tenants, and the General Public
• Learn DCA and HUD rules and regulations regarding Housing Assistance Programs
• Other duties as directed.

Work hours:

• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
• Lunch Hours- 12-1(Unpaid)
