Customer Service Representative – American National Logistics, Inc. (Brokerage Division) We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our Brokerage team. In this role, you’ll serve as the vital link between American National Logistics and our customers — building lasting relationships, managing freight operations with precision, and ensuring every load is handled with accuracy and care. What You'll Do: Build and follow up on loads from customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution from start to finish Communicate proactively with customers regarding load issues, delays, and scheduling conflicts Cultivate and grow strong business relationships with existing customer accounts Solicit new lanes and freight opportunities from current customers to drive business growth Monitor the shared email inbox and respond to all customer inquiries within 30 minutes Respond to spot quotes from key customers within 15 minutes Timely process all customer tenders with accurate reason codes Verify all loads contain correct information including pickup numbers and appointments Regularly check in with Operations Dispatch and assist with backhauls as needed Oversee and maintain healthy trailer pools at your assigned shippers Partner with brokers to monitor loads at risk and support service recovery efforts Follow all processes and systems established by management and support leadership on assigned tasks What You Bring: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is preferred Confidence managing high call and email volumes while maintaining response time standards Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to catch and correct errors before they become problems A collaborative spirit — you work well across teams and thrive in a team-oriented culture Why American National Logistics: Competitive Pay & Benefits: Compensation that reflects your value Room to Grow: Advancement paths within the brokerage division #J-18808-Ljbffr
