This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based on-site in Edina, MN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to customer requests via phone and email, maintaining records of interactions, and collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in providing exceptional Customer Experience and fostering positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or other customer management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus
