Customer Service Representative
Are you someone who is looking for temporary work from home assignments AND live in either North Dakota or Minnesota? We may have something for you! We are looking for people to answer incoming calls from customers in a pleasant and calm manner. Training is provided! Duration and timing of projects depends upon need.
Type: Full-time, temporary length of assignments vary by need
Compensation: $18/hr
Position Overview:
- Communicate with customers regarding data breach notification letters.
- Provide responses from FAQ information specific to client.
- Maintain calm demeanor.
- Document calls in detail.
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
- MUST reside in North Dakota or Minnesota ONLY No candidates outside the area need apply!
- HS Diploma, Some college preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Computer with Windows 10 or higher (no Apple or Chromebooks)
- High speed, reliable internet
- Headset or Ear Buds USB or Bluetooth
- Cell phone
- Must be able to pass a background check
