As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers. This involves a variety of tasks focused on customer interaction and store maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Providing assistance with finding products and answering questions about the store and merchandise.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Store Operations:
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and recovering merchandise.
- Assisting with unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing stockroom, and transporting merchandise to the sales floor.
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
- Ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment by being aware of customer activity.

Qualifications:
- Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not always required
