Responsibilities:
• Process and manage contracts for sales orders with precision and efficiency.
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
• Handle email correspondence with clients and vendors in an attentive and thorough manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports, manage spreadsheets, and support administrative functions.
• Coordinate order entry and ensure timely processing of customer requests.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage contracts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide support for additional responsibilities as assigned to meet team goals.
• Leverage QuickBooks for accounting-related tasks if applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.• Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for administrative and reporting tasks.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Effective email communication skills for handling client and vendor correspondence.
• Familiarity with order entry processes.
• Ability to manage vendor contracts and resolve discrepancies.
