The Sprucery Garden Center is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with product selection.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on plant care, gardening supplies, and landscaping.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring displays are well-stocked and appealing.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and receiving shipments.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in horticulture or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
