Customer Service Representative - Part-time, with the potential for full-time opportunity.

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to engage with customers, offering assistance and ensuring they receive accurate product and service information. You will provide support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering helpful guidance to enhance the customer experience.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance calls to include installation, trouble tickets and winbacks.

· Outbound calling to upsell products and services.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide information about the products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Assist in answering customer service queues.
  • Taking customer payments
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • High School Diploma and/or GED
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak clearly on the phone with customers.
  • Work well with others in a team environment.
  • Need to be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, typing, scanning, and copying.
