We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Freehold, New Jersey area. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional support experiences. Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems as needed.
• Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and overall customer experience.
• Follow established protocols to handle escalations and complex issues effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.
