Kanawha County

Under general supervision works in the Customer Service Unit of The Health Statistics Center.
Open, date and sort mail.
Enter orders for the mail requests for certified copies of birth, death and marriage certificates through the Dave system.
Prepares certified copies with receipts for mailing after reviewing for accuracy.
Prepares orders received through the VITALCHEK system.
Assists customers by telephone regarding status of orders.
Serves or relieves as front walk-up office clerk providing face-to-face customer service.
Serves or relieves as receptionist on the main office phone for the Health Statistics Center.
Other duties as assigned.

Special Requirement: Must be eligible for bonding.
