As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in creating an exceptional service experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Keep the call board fully booked each day

  • Answer incoming calls and convert them into scheduled appointments

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service requests

  • Process customer payments and update account information

  • Make outbound calls to membership customers to meet daily booking goals

  • Review daily schedules and identify open opportunities

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and build long-term loyalty

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Follow company scripts, processes, and procedures

  • Support dispatch and notify customers of delays or changes

  • Assist with administrative duties and serve as backup dispatcher when needed


What We’re Looking For

Required: ServiceTitan experience

  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to confidently control calls and overcome objections

  • Strong problem-solving skills and high level of integrity

  • Working knowledge of plumbing terminology and practices

  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Outlook

  • Comfortable using office equipment (phones, printers, scanners)
