Keep the call board fully booked each day
Answer incoming calls and convert them into scheduled appointments
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel service requests
Process customer payments and update account information
Make outbound calls to membership customers to meet daily booking goals
Review daily schedules and identify open opportunities
Assist in resolving customer concerns and build long-term loyalty
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Follow company scripts, processes, and procedures
Support dispatch and notify customers of delays or changes
Assist with administrative duties and serve as backup dispatcher when needed
Required: ServiceTitan experience
Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently control calls and overcome objections
Strong problem-solving skills and high level of integrity
Working knowledge of plumbing terminology and practices
Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Outlook
Comfortable using office equipment (phones, printers, scanners)
