Position Summary:
Contact existing customers and neighbors to schedule service maintenance appointments, commercial service agreement appointments, or sales appointments for Home Solution Advisors. Assist the Service department with customer retention.
Required Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal skills
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Professional phone skills
- Creative thinker
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality
- Teachable
- Timely in all work and attendance
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience preferred
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist the service department in scheduling customer appointments
- Recording accurate appointment information in CRM
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Track calling efforts and accomplishments within CRM
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on estimates provided and recommended work
- Create invoices and collect payments for deposits for approved work
- Call customers within 24 hours of a service call and/or completed installation and conduct a Quality Assurance check
- Send customers a link to the Google review page and request they post a positive review
- Create any reports deemed necessary to track appointments and lead information
- Assist service team with outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits and follow up on expiring maintenance agreements
- Direct mail and follow-up calling campaigns
- Assist in the coordination of home shows, parades, and other community events and sponsorships in conjunction with being visible
- Other duties as assigned

- Frequency of meeting target lead generation goals
- Number of service appointments generated
- Number of positive reviews on Google
