Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats related to equipment orders, inquiries, and support
- Assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
- Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
