We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others to join our team. This role involves face-to-face customer interactions as well as responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and chats.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional in-person customer service.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chats related to equipment orders, inquiries, and support
  • Assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns, and resolving issues
  • Schedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and service appointments
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
