SUMMARY Engaged in processing and management of customer's quotes, samples, purchase orders, and requested shipping schedule/type/method to ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssures timely processing of customer request for quotes, samples and product purchases.Monitors and effectively communicates the status of customer request for quotes, samples, new design requests with Inside/Outside Sales and/or the customer.Monitors and effectively communicates the status of Purchase Orders with Inside/Outside Sales and/or the customer.Recommends and or implements corrective actions to eliminate customer complaints.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis role has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
