We are seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional who is ready for a stable, supportive environment with strong compensation and true work-life balance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing policies, and being a trusted resource — without the pressure of nights, weekends, or aggressive sales quotas.

What You’ll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to existing insurance clients

• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage updates, and renewals

• Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and policy changes

• Support clients with claims guidance and follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Work closely with the agency team to ensure a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health a plus)

• Prior experience working in an insurance agency or insurance-related role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

• Professional, dependable, and client-focused

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience and licensing

• Simple IRA with 3% employer match

• Three weeks of paid time off throughout the year
