Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will act as a primary liaison between customers and the company. Key responsibilities include managing data entry and assisting with orders, delivery schedules, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM
- Pay: $18.00/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, greet customers warmly, and ascertain the reason for their call.
- Utilize telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Process customer requests, including placing or canceling orders and deliveries, canceling or upgrading accounts, and assisting with bill payments.
- Provide detailed company information and answer questions regarding terms of sale and process.
- Utilize computer technology for account management and data entry.
- Provide invoices and bill commercial and retail customers.
Requirements:
- Must have strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
