  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n\t
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM\n\t
  • Noon – 8:00 PM\n\t
  • 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM\n

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service\n\t
  • Take customer orders and provide pricing information\n\t
  • Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery\n\t
  • Generate business leads and communicate opportunities to sales\n\t
  • Create orders, procure loads, negotiate, and resolve shipment issues\n\t
  • Update customers on shipment status via phone and email\n
\n\nThis Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:\n\n
    \n\t
  • High school diploma or GED\n\t
  • 2 years of logistics experience (preferred)\n\t
  • Strong communication and customer service skills\n\t
  • Organized and can prioritize tasks\n\t
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience\n
