LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, Az that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range depending on experience is $19.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience. Must have 1+ year of Call Center experience to qualify. 

Job Duties: 
  • Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders and addressing issues via email and telephone communication.

  • Provide callers with information regarding product information, account details, contract rates, and other inquiries.

  • Resolve customer complaints, research, make corrections, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide shipping and tracking details, including email receipts to customers.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for order facilitation and service-related issues.

  • Some outbound calls to customers, verify orders, providing shipping delays, and invoice corrections.

  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned or necessary.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 years of recent call center/customer service experience

  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
