Job Description
Job Duties:
Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders and addressing issues via email and telephone communication.
Provide callers with information regarding product information, account details, contract rates, and other inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints, research, make corrections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide shipping and tracking details, including email receipts to customers.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls for order facilitation and service-related issues.
Some outbound calls to customers, verify orders, providing shipping delays, and invoice corrections.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned or necessary.
Skills and Experience:
At least 1 years of recent call center/customer service experience
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite.
Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
