Customer Service RepresentativeAt Energy Fitness, we provide the premiere fitness experience for each and every member. We are looking for a team member who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in an energetic, team oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the club and the first staff member to interact with members when they arrive to Energy Fitness. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to develop a comfortable relationship with the members, promoting open dialogue and creating a unique fitness experience.Responsibilities:Assist members with scheduling their 1-1 Coaching sessions, and Signature Studio ClassesEnsure that members check in when arriving to the facility, while monitoring status of memberships and training programsProvide guests with basic information of the club and services, assist with membership sales, and giving tours to prospective membersAct as a liaison between members and managementMaintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area as well as the clubExecute the Opening and/or Closing Procedures for the clubObjectives:Increase participation in ancillary service: Personal Training, Group Classes, Challenges/Events, etc.Assist members with service recommendations and routine developmentProvide outstanding level of customer service to all members and guestsCollaborate with Energy Team as needed to maximize opportunitiesRequired Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills requiredPossess strong organizational skills, and have a passion for health and fitness.Broad knowledge and experience in the Fitness industry strongly preferredPosition Requirements:Full and part time positions availableMorning, evening and weekend hours will be required as necessaryCompensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
