About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and assist with order processing in a fast-paced business environment. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process customer orders, order modifications, and related requests accurately
- Assist customers with questions regarding products, orders, and services
- Escalate and help resolve customer concerns when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support overall customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service
