Shift:
Full-Time, with rotating weekly schedule (Flexibility required as schedule may vary based on business needs)

·       Week 1: Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

·       Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About Us and Our Program:

Easterseals, a national nonprofit, has supported individuals with disabilities for over 50 years. Its Agency with Choice program offers an alternative to traditional provider-managed services, empowering participants to manage their support and services with increased choice and authority.

What You’ll Do:

The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact for inquiries related to Financial Management Services, providing accurate and timely information on program changes. They ensure exceptional, responsive customer service with flexibility and creativity.

Key responsibilities include:

•         Communicates with program participants, their authorized representative(s), Self-Directed Employees (SDEs), and the program’s Support Coordinators (SCs) to obtain or relay information pertaining to Agency with Choice (AwC) Financial Management Services (FMS).

•         Ensures that customers understand the appropriate course of action and how an issue is being, or has been, resolved.

•         Diffuses confrontational situations with Warmth, Respect, and Expertise, knowing when to escalate to management.

•         Performs a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the Program maintains a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.

•         Provides metrics as it pertains to the overall effectiveness of the Program’s processes.

Who You Are:

·       Education: Associate’s degree preferred.

·       Experience: 1 year of previous experience in the customer service environment required.

·       Requirements: Working knowledge of office productivity software (Excel/Word/Payroll Systems/HRIS/Dayforce).

·       Skills: Strong verbal communication (Spanish preferred), excellent typing and transcription skills, customer service and relationship management expertise, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
