  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software programs for order entry and customer management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, to meet business needs.
