Minuteman Press is a full-service apparel, promotional, and printing company serving businesses throughout the region. We’re currently looking for a dependable and energetic Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and assist with quoting jobs
- Follow up on estimates and orders
- Deliver completed jobs and drop off marketing packets to potential clients
- Visit current customers to maintain strong relationships
- Assist in bindery and finishing work
- Help present and prepare custom t-shirt orders
- Support office tasks and general workflow
Requirements:
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and stay on schedule
- Customer service or print industry experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide quote
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions
- Meet personal and team quotas
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and customer management software
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
