 Minuteman Press is a full-service apparel, promotional, and printing company serving businesses throughout the region. We’re currently looking for a dependable and energetic Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you! 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and assist with quoting jobs

  • Follow up on estimates and orders

  • Deliver completed jobs and drop off marketing packets to potential clients

  • Visit current customers to maintain strong relationships

  • Assist in bindery and finishing work

  • Help present and prepare custom t-shirt orders

  • Support office tasks and general workflow

Requirements:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Friendly and professional attitude

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to multitask and stay on schedule

  • Customer service or print industry experience is a plus (not required)


Responsibilities 
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails 
  • Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide quote
  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Meet personal and team quotas
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred 
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
