This role is the engine room of the service team: youll set review appointments, handle cancellation-related calls, help onboard new clients, and keep client communication organized and documented.

Requirements
- In-office availability, 40 hours/week
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- High attention to detail and consistent documentation habits
- Comfortable learning multiple systems quickly; technologically proficient

- Interest in an insurance service career path (CAM track)
