Were hiring an Unlicensed Client Service Representative to support our Client Account Managers (CAMs) in a fast-paced, high-volume agency. This role is the engine room of the service team: youll set review appointments, handle cancellation-related calls, help onboard new clients, and keep client communication organized and documented.

This is an ideal entry point for someone starting their career who is tech-forward, calm under pressure, and a process machine. Top performers have a clear path promotions into Client Account Manager Senior Account Manager Service Operations leadership (and can be sponsored for licensing after an initial ramp period).
