Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Assist patients with registration and processing their information accurately.
- Handle billing inquiries and explain payment options to patients when necessary.
- Provide information about services offered, office hours, and insurance acceptance.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems.
