Pleasant Harbor is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position:

• Assists customers via phone, email and in person;
• Provides information regarding reservations and associated fees;
• Collects payments and accurately applies them to customer accounts;
• Completes work order requests, when necessary;
• Balances cash drawer;
• Performs other general office duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to manage stress level in a fast-paced environment
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Excellent communication skills
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Experience working with customer accounts preferred
