Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. Manage client accounts, process transactions, and handle cash when necessary. Perform data entry accurately into company systems to update customer records. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance. Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other software tools to support daily operations. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred.
