We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. Manage client accounts, process transactions, and handle cash when necessary. Perform data entry accurately into company systems to update customer records.
