Location: Reno, NV
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to agents, policyholders, and business partners regarding policy transactions, renewals, and inquiries
Use automated systems to handle inquiries on policy coverage, premium billings, payment status, and other routine coverage questions
Manage assigned underwriting authority as directed by Personal Lines Service Management
Represent the company's commitment to customer satisfaction by acting as the "front-line" for customer service and interactions
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Property & Casualty license in the state of residence with ongoing insurance continuing education
Ability to obtain additional P&C licenses in other states if needed
