Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to agents, policyholders, and business partners regarding policy transactions, renewals, and inquiries

  • Use automated systems to handle inquiries on policy coverage, premium billings, payment status, and other routine coverage questions

  • Manage assigned underwriting authority as directed by Personal Lines Service Management

  • Represent the company's commitment to customer satisfaction by acting as the "front-line" for customer service and interactions

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Property & Casualty license in the state of residence with ongoing insurance continuing education

  • Ability to obtain additional P&C licenses in other states if needed
