• Uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and timely follow-ups.
• Apply knowledge of medical coverage and billing principles to assist customers with relevant inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency.
• Support sales activities by providing accurate information and maintaining customer trust.
• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in data entry, order management, and account handling.
