The role involves supporting customers, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

• Manage customer accounts, including order entry and account updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflows and maintain high-quality service.

• Process billing functions and accounts receivable tasks, utilizing ERP solutions and Oracle systems.

• Generate reports and maintain records to support data-driven decision-making.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for efficient data entry and communication.

• Uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and timely follow-ups.

• Apply knowledge of medical coverage and billing principles to assist customers with relevant inquiries.

• Identify opportunities for improving processes and contribute to team efficiency.

• Support sales activities by providing accurate information and maintaining customer trust.

• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
