Facilities Coordinator CSR- Toms River, NJ

We are looking to add a qualified Facilities Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to our Toms River, NJ location!

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or alternate mid-shift (Sunday 10-6, Mon-Thurs 10-7 as hourly and a flat rate on-call on Sunday 6pm-Monday 8am).

The company is a business that has been providing tailored, expert construction and maintenance services to retail stores, hospitality sites and medical facilities on a national level. Services provided include reactive 24/7 facility repairs, preventative maintenance, re-fresh programs, product roll-outs and National Branding programs. We are seeking motivated team players to join the family.

Perks & Benefits of Customer Service Representative - Hiring Immediately/Weekly Pay

  • Starting pay is $18.00-20/hour
  • 8 hour shift

Primary Responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinate with site managers and vendors for service & maintenance needs.
  • Provide detailed notes and obtain photos for internal management.
  • Onboard and manage vendors to ensure clients are serviced as required and SLA’s are adhered to.
  • Update clients throughout life cycle for each job or task.
  • Manage project pricing and ensure budgets are maintained and adhered to.
  • Must keep project management software updated. Programs include, but are not limited to, Facilities Exchange, Service Channel, fmPilot2, Verisae, Corrigo, SRMS, etc. Experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to time manage and prioritize workloads. Must be able to handle fast paced and heavy workloads.
  • Must be able to work in an office / call center type of environment. Good communication is a requirement to keep clients and vendors up to date.
  • Must be willing to request clarification and escalate issues/concerns internally as needed.

Must live in State of New Jersey
