Customer Service Representative (CSR)The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to private aviation clientele. As the first point of contact for arriving clients, vendors, crew members, and guests, the CSR is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ensuring Vista America continues to be recognized as a leader in private aviation. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless aircraft servicing, guest experiences, and operational efficiency.At Vista Aircraft Maintenance Van Nuys, we foster an engaging work environment where no two days are the same.
