Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track a high volume of customer orders
• Handle inbound and outbound customer and sales partner calls
• Resolve order issues, service inquiries, and delivery concerns
• Communicate professionally via phone and email
• Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs
• Maintain account, pricing, and order data in internal systems
• Support daily shipment coordination and order follow-ups

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle customer service experience
• Proven ability to close deals and grow existing accounts
• Strong phone presence and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
