Location: Wales, WI (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $23 – $26 per hour

Overview

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Wales, WI.

In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers while supporting daily scheduling and service coordination. If you are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping people, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a trusted national brand.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries promptly
  • Provide a friendly, professional experience to customers at every interaction
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details and expectations
  • Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and job information in scheduling systems
  • Support day-to-day operations through strong organization and attention to detail
  • Learn and adapt quickly to new tools and software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort speaking on the phone and working in a customer-facing role
  • A solution-focused mindset and ability to think on your feet
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • A professional and friendly demeanor
  • Comfort learning and using scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in home services or construction
  • Dispatching or scheduling software experience
  • QuickBooks or basic accounting familiarity
  • Sales or customer-facing experience
