Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures. Desired Experience: Minimum two years customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize work Attention to detail Strong Interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and be accurate and precise Coach-able, charismatic, confident, disciplined, and consistent Basic awareness of the Lawn Industry is a plus Prior call center experience a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Position Requirements: High School graduate or GED.
