Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location : West Des Moines, IA

Duration of Assignment : 3-6 months+ (potential for conversion)

Pay Range : $24/HR TO $26/HR

We’re hiring Contract Service Specialist II professionals to join a fast-paced Customer Excellence team supporting annuity service operations. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a structured, high-volume environment — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Support customers post-policy issuance (annuitants)
• Handle address updates, claims inquiries, funding changes, and tax-related questions
• Manage inbound/outbound calls (50+ calls/day)
• Assist customers across multiple product lines
• Deliver accurate, professional, and timely customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable in a high-volume call environment
• Quick learner and self-starter
• Prior call center or phone-based experience preferred
