Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and mail.
  • Input data to create new customer records, schedule jobs, generate repair estimates, send invoices, and process payments. (Comfort with multitasking across various programs and screens is crucial.)
  • Schedule technician assignments, plan routes, coordinate site requirements, and respond to customer requests.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Quickly adapt to learning new systems and navigating different applications.
